Thank you for your interest in consigning with us-

When trying to sell your furniture on consignment please first evaluate the condition of your item(s). Is it clean? Are there visible stains or tears in the fabric of your piece? Is that dining table stable? Visibly dirty, damaged, or items missing hardware, etc. will not be considered.

Local pickup or delivery may be available for upon request. Pickup cost will be taken from consignor's share.

Step 1 – Pre-approval and Preparation

to make sure your items meet our Acceptance Requirements.


Along with the photos of your pieces, please include your full name and any details that are important such as designer/brand names or date of manufacture/purchase.

Read our Consignment Agreements carefully as they clearly explain important information regarding percentage splits and the timeline of consignment. You may either fill out and submit the form to us online or print it and bring it with you upon delivering items. Along with the inventory form, there are two (2) agreements: One for pickup and one for delivery. By submitting the agreement, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed in the pertaining agreement and submission serves as your signature.
Complete our simple Consignment Request
Acceptance:  We will notify you if your item(s) can be accepted on consignment. Please review the description of items we can accept.
Step 2 – Pricing and Terms
Our pricing formula consists of: style, finish, color and competitive pricing.  Any information you can provide will be taken into consideration when the item is priced.  We are familiar with the current resale market and final pricing is at our discretion. Remember, our goal is to sell your items!
The consignment term is 60 days.  Please note that any items remaining and unsold after 60 days must be picked up within 14 days after the consignment ends or the item will be converted or donated.  It is the consignor’s responsibility to monitor the consignment term.
Step 3 – Getting your items to our store with completed Inventory Sheet:
Once your items are ready for our showroom, complete the CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY LIST.
“Drop Offs”: We are happy to accept “drop offs” by appointment. We are usually able to assist you unload with proper notification.
“Pick-Ups”: We are happy to arrange pick-up of your items. Pick-up costs are the responsibility of the consignor.
We take it from there!
We will display your furniture to make it as desirable as possible.
We list merchandise on our website and we have a strong presence on Instagram, Facebook and eBay.
Your Payout
Upon the sale of your item, we write you a check within 30 days of the end of the agreement.
